Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026. This policy applies to residents and citizens of Quebec and Canada.

You entrust your personal data to Adiantum production Inc. every time you fill out a form, sign up for our newsletter, or browse our website. But do you know exactly what information we collect, why, and how we protect it?

Many people ask these questions without finding a clear answer. The legal terminology of traditional privacy policies makes reading difficult, which erodes trust.

This page explains, in plain language, how Adiantum production Inc. collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (LPRPSP).

1. Who is responsible for protecting your data?

Adiantum production Inc. has designated a personal information protection officer, as required by Law 25, reachable by email or phone.

Since September 2022, Law 25 requires each Quebec organization to appoint a person responsible for the protection of personal information. At Adiantum production Inc., this role is held by Responsable de la protection des données.

You can contact this person for any question, complaint, or request related to your data:

  • Address: 1777A rue Nobel Sainte-Julie (Québec) J3E1Z6 Canada

We never collect more data than is necessary to achieve these objectives.

4. How long do we retain your data?

Your data is retained as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, then securely destroyed.

Law 25 requires organizations to destroy personal information once the objective of collection has been achieved. At Adiantum production Inc., we retain your data for the duration of our relationship, then delete it securely within a reasonable timeframe.

If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your contact information is removed from our mailing list as soon as possible.

5. How do we protect your data?

Adiantum production Inc. applies technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure of your personal information.

We limit access to your data to only those who need it in the performance of their duties. Our security measures include password protection, transmission encryption, and regular review of our practices.
